Just a reminder for everyone to get their picks up and PLEASE submit some prize ideas for the end of the season that don’t involve a brag post (though the winner will get one of those). Because I came out of the gate dominating so bad over fellow HH contributor Burgundy and Gold, I feel like we’ll need to organize some 2nd and 3rd place prizes because it is obvious I’m going to win. I just said that.

Joking aside please let me know on the MB if you guys have any questions and we’ll move forward from here. I need updated rosters and prize ideas stat.

Draft is set for 9PM Eastern (8PM Central) on Tuesday, September 2nd. The only change I’d make is to move it to Wed. at the same time, though we’re set for this date for now. If you can’t make it or really need a change, let me know ASAP, so we can discuss that. Looking forward to having as many people there as possible.

Still no suggestions on what it is you guys want to win, hit me up. I’d rather get that hashed out as soon as possible so that you guys don’t complain when I go 5-0 to open the season, defeating all comers, and then start talking about my own victory lap. Yea I just did that.

But a big welcome to all the people in the Hogs Haven Fanhouse Fantasy Football League. The story right now is I’m thinking of a proper time for the live draft, probably a Thursday evening either next week or the week after. I’m leaning towards the week after just so you all are given proper notice of the event.

If you guys have any questions or comments or concerns just make sure you email me or post on the message board (which I will be checking semi-frequently). I’m still working out ideas for a reward to the winner, though a front page post at www.hogshaven.com bragging about your exploits is definitely on the table, if that is something you are interested in. Suggestions are welcome.

Right now draft time is leaning towards Thursday the 28th at ~ 9PM Eastern (to give west coasters a chance to get off work). If that date and/or time doesn’t work, let me know and we can try and reschedule for early the following week, but remember — thank God — Football starts on Sept. 4th with Your Washington Redskins heading to the Giants’ Meadowlands.
