POWER RANKINGS

1) The Slackers.  Currently one of 2 teams sitting at 3-0, this team is riding the current hot streak of Jay Cutler and Reggie Bush, both of who are ranked #2 at their positions.  He also has a total of 6 of his 8 starting spots ranked in the top 10.

2) Waddle’s Brain Scramblers.  The second of the two undefeated teams.  Waddle’s is averaging about 10 points for less and 6 points more for than the #1 Slackers.  Waddle’s two big guns are Phillip Rivers who is currently the #1 ranked player in all of Fantasy Football and the Tennessee Titans defense which is aveaging 21 points per.

3) 804. 804 is the first of 4 2-1 teams. While statswise they fall behind furb’s team, they get the #3 spot due to their head-to-head win over furb.  The 804 has a well balanced team with no position currently ranked out of the top 20 at their position.  Kurt Warner’s 21 and Brandon Marshall’s 23 a game lead the way.

4) furb’s crew.   Again only #4 due to a lose to 804.  furb has is ranked slightly less in the points for category, but has a much better points against.  furb’s top guns are his two backs.  He has Michael Turner and Marion Barber III who are averaging 23 and 26 respectively.

The 3-0 Slackers put their undefeated streak on the line against the 2-1 Give Cade Another Chance.

In a game that somebody has to win, the two remaining teams that have not notched a victory face of as the Windy City Flyers and the mark carrier all-stars collide or at least bump heads.

The first week of the inargural AOL/FLEAFLICKER season is in.  Sadly, I suffered defeat the hands of the evil Waddle’s Brain Scramblers.
